NewFor brands paying creators on retainer

Creator retainers, from contract to payday.

Contracts, drafts, Spark codes and payouts for every paid creator, and the profit each one brings in.

14-day free trial. No card. No cut of creator pay.

One retainer, both sides, one record. Built from the real app, with sample data.

The old way

Retainers outgrew the group chat. Five tools, zero answers.

Contracts in DocuSign, drafts in WhatsApp, Spark codes in DMs, payments in PayPal, and the truth in somebody’s spreadsheet.

Three questions that take a morning to answer

  1. Who’s on pace?

Answer 1: Every contract shows on track, behind or overdue, and nudges go out before anyone has to chase.

  2. Who’s been paid?

Answer 2: One pay run, late first. Marked paid with your reference, and the creator sees it at once.

  3. Which creators are worth the money?

Answer 3: Profit per creator and per video, after the retainer, the samples, commission and ads.

One screen answers all three. Today ranks what needs you: money first, then deadlines.

Your team: Today

The creator app home screen: contract progress toward payment, a button to upload a draft, and a Love Note from the brand.

The brand’s Today screen and a creator’s phone. Real product, sample data.

Savesthe revision round nobody agreed to

Feedback creators can act on the first time.

Mark each note as a must-fix or a suggestion, pin it to a moment, or record a voice note. The creator gets a checklist on their phone, with the rounds from the contract shown on both sides.

  • J / K to move, A to approve, R to request changes
  • “New ask” flag with three fair answers
  • Approve with a Love Note in the same email

Savesthe DM chase before every ad launch

Every Spark code, filed by product.

Creators submit the TikTok link and Spark code tagged to the right SKU. Copy every ready code for one product in a click, and see what expires before it lapses.

  • Grouped by product, filtered by SKU
  • Expiring codes surfaced five days ahead
  • Added to your ad account when TikTok Ads is connected

Earnsbudget moved to the creators who sell

See which creators pay for themselves.

CreatorMecca holds the contract, so profit comes after the retainer and the samples, not before. Every dollar from TikTok Shop sales down to what you keep, then a verdict per creator: scale up, keep, renegotiate or drop.

  • Profit per creator and per video
  • Data source and freshness on every number
  • Brand only: creators never see it

Savesthe “did you pay me?” messages

One pay run. Late first. Nobody chases.

When the last video is approved, the payout is due and the countdown starts on both screens. Pay in the tool you already use, mark it paid with your reference, and the creator knows at once. CreatorMecca never holds your money.

  • Reminders before anything is late
  • PayPal, Wise or bank: your choice, your account
  • Creators get a tax-year statement

Savesstarting over mid-contract

Bring the deals you already have.

Signed contracts, with what’s delivered and paid. One at a time or from a CSV; each creator confirms it matches.

Privacy by design

Creators see their pay. Never your numbers.

Brands see sales, ad spend and profit. Creators see their contracts, notes and pay. The database enforces it, not just the screen.

Your team sees Brand only

  • Row-level security

    Creators never see your money

Revenue, GMV, ROAS, ad spend and profit are brand-only, enforced in the database.

  • Tested on every change

    Every brand isolated

An automated suite signs in as other brands and creators and checks they get zero rows.

  • AES-256-GCM

    Encrypted TikTok keys

Bound to your workspace and readable by no user role. Only the sync job uses them.

  • SHA-256

    Contracts that can’t change

Signatures and documents are append-only, so any change would show.

FAQ

Questions brands ask.

More in the Help center, or talk to us.

Who is CreatorMecca for?

Ecommerce and TikTok Shop brands that pay creators on monthly retainers or package deals, like a set number of videos a month for a set fee. If you have creators, contracts and Spark codes to keep track of, it’s for you.

We already use an affiliate tool. Do we still need this?

Affiliate tools are great at finding creators and running commission deals. CreatorMecca is the layer after that: once a creator is good enough to pay a retainer, they move here for the contract, drafts, revisions, Spark codes, profit and payday. Your affiliate tool finds them. CreatorMecca runs the ones you pay.

Do you take a cut of what we pay creators?

No. You pay a flat monthly price based on how many creators are active. What you pay creators is between you and them.

Do you pay the creators for us?

No. You pay creators in the payment tool you already use (PayPal, Wise, bank transfer). CreatorMecca tells you who’s due and when, reminds you before anything is late, and records the payment with your reference so both sides can see it. We never hold your money.

Can creators see our sales or ad spend?

Never. Revenue, GMV, ROAS, ad spend and profit are brand-only. That’s enforced in the database, not just hidden on the screen.

We already have deals in progress. Can we bring them in?

Yes. Add a contract that’s already signed, one at a time or from a CSV: you enter the terms and how far along it is (videos delivered, what’s already paid) and upload the signed agreement. Nothing is signed again. The creator gets an invite and confirms the terms and progress match what they signed, or flags what doesn’t.

Give your creator program one home.

Start with your next contract. Bring the ones already running when you’re ready.

14-day free trial. No card. No cut of creator pay.
